Establishment of a Compliance Promotion System
To strengthen the compliance framework across the entire Group, we established the Group's Compliance Promotion Office in January 2023. This office is responsible for formulating and promoting initiatives to enhance compliance throughout the Group and reporting their implementation status to the Board of Directors. Additionally, we have appointed Compliance Officers in each Group company to drive compliance efforts within their respective organizations and serve as a liaison with the Group's Compliance Promotion Office.

Promotion of Compliance Education
Each Group company conducts regular compliance training sessions, followed by confirmation tests and the collection of written pledges. The training covers company-wide topics such as harassment, as well as industry-specific legal regulations related to the food and beverage sector. These sessions are held as needed. To further strengthen compliance education and awareness initiatives, the Group's Compliance Promotion Office takes the lead in these efforts.
