COLOWIDE Sustainability Management
Based on our corporate philosophy, "All for our Customers and Employees", the Group aims to contribute to the sustainable development of society and to enhance our corporate value as a bearer of food infrastructure.
Materialities identification process
The COLOWIDE Group has identified materialities (key issues) based on our Basic Sustainability Policy to meet the expectations and demands of our stakeholders.

Extraction of issues
When identifying materialities, we referred to the GRI Standards, SDGs,ESG evaluation criteria, and industry-recognized challenges. We extracted issues relevant to the Group.

Organization and consolidation of issues
For the issues extracted in Step 1, we conducted interviews with stakeholders,organized the initiatives we worked on,and consolidated the challenges that the Group needs to address.

Assessment of importance
The consolidated issues were measured across two axes: society and the COLOWIDE Group, and their importance was evaluated.

Discussion and decision by the Board of Directors
We determined materialities based on issues assessed during Board deliberations. The identified materialities will be reviewed periodically to reflect changes in social conditions and strategies, ensuring effective initiatives.

Promotion system
The Sustainability Promotion Office, in collaboration with sustainability promotion personnel from each business department and Group subsidiary, drives the Group's sustainability initiatives. Additionally, important policies and measures related to sustainability promotion are deliberated and decided by the Board of Directors.
