Initiatives for Origin Labeling
The Group manages the origin information for all food ingredients, from fresh produce to processed foods. In compliance with the Beef Traceability Act, the individual identification numbers for domestically produced Wagyu beef are displayed at stores, and we also disclose meat origin information on our website.
At Kappa Create, which operates sushi businesses under the group, we aim to provide customers with reliable safety and security by offering information about the origin of raw materials at our stores. We also strive to assist customers in making informed decisions when selecting ingredients and menu items.

Disclosure of Allergen Information
To assist customers with food allergies in choosing suitable menu options, we provide information regarding the presence of allergenic ingredients. For specific allergens, we promote information disclosure across the Group, and some restaurant brands offer menu-specific allergen information online.
