Prohibition of Alcohol Service to Individuals Under 20 and Efforts to Eliminate Drunk Driving

In our commitment to responsible alcohol service, we display notices on our menu tablets and in-store POPs regarding the prohibition of alcohol consumption for those under 20 years old and the prohibition of drunk driving. Although the legal age of adulthood was lowered to 18 years old with the revision of the Civil Code in April 2022, the laws regarding alcohol and tobacco still prohibit consumption by those under 20 years old. To avoid any misunderstanding among customers, we continue to raise awareness at the store by providing soft drink-only cups and other visible reminders. Additionally, we are actively offering a variety of drinking styles for a broad range of customers, including the introduction of alcohol-flavored beverages, low-alcohol drinks, and non-alcoholic cocktails in izakayas.
