Regarding the Shareholder Benefit Card
- I have acquired the rights to shareholder benefits, when will the shareholder benefit card arrive?

For shareholders who did not hold 500 or more shares of our company as of the previous reference date and hold 500 or more shares as of the current reference date, the shareholder benefit card will be dispatched as follows:
- Shareholders confirmed as of March 31Shareholder benefit card will be sent in late June.
- Shareholders confirmed as of September 30Shareholder benefit card will be sent in late December.
- The shareholder benefit card has not arrived.

Even if you have traded shares, if you continue to hold the rights to shareholder benefits since the previous reference date, shareholder benefit points will be added to your existing shareholder benefit card, and a new card will not be issued.

- I lost/damaged my shareholder benefit card. Can it be reissued?

Yes, it can be reissued. However, a reissuance fee of 500 points will be deducted from your shareholder benefit points (including the cost of the card and postage).
To request reissuance, please contact the Shareholder Benefit Point Service Center at +81-570-03-0312 / +81-45-228-9671.
- Can multiple shareholder benefit cards be combined and used together?

At stores, you can combine the shareholder benefit points from multiple shareholder benefit cards in a single transaction.
However, for shareholder benefit product applications, points from different shareholder benefit cards cannot be combined. Please apply for products within the point balance of each individual shareholder benefit card.
- Will I receive a new shareholder benefit card when the next shareholder benefit points are issued?
- No, as long as you continue to hold the rights to shareholder benefits, you will continue to use your existing shareholder benefit card.
Regarding the Shareholder-Exclusive Site
- I don't know the login password for the shareholder-exclusive site. (I don't know my shareholder number)

The initial password is the shareholder number (9-digit number).
The shareholder number can be found on the paper that includes your name and address when the shareholder benefit card was sent to you.
It is also listed on documents such as the voting form for the shareholders' meeting or the dividend statement. If you do not have these documents and are unsure of your shareholder number, you can request that it be sent by regular mail to your registered address. Please contact the Shareholder Benefit Point Service Center (+81-570-03-0312 / +81-45-228-9671) for assistance.

- I have shareholder benefit rights with Atom and Kappa Create. Is the shareholder-exclusive site the same?

- What is the expiration date for the shareholder benefit points?

Each issuance of shareholder benefit points has a set expiration date. Please check the expiration date below.
Expiration Dates for Shareholder Benefit Points:
- Points issued in MarchExpire at the end of March of the following year (Points issued in March 2019 are valid until the end of June 2020).
- Points issued in JuneExpire at the end of June of the following year.
- Points issued in SeptemberExpire at the end of September of the following year.
- Points issued in DecemberExpire at the end of December of the following year.

- Regarding Shareholding
If you purchase shares through multiple securities companies and name aggregation has not been completed, the shares may be considered held separately, and you may not meet the shareholding requirement for shareholder benefits. Please check with the securities company where you purchased the shares about name aggregation.
